Job Description

In the capacity of a Digital Marketing Manager, your role encompasses the management of all digital strategy and execution at the Business Unit level, including the product portfolios within. You will develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing plans to drive business growth and achieve marketing goals. You will ensure the effective utilization of various digital channels, optimizing them for maximum reach and engagement.
Your responsibilities will include overseeing digital campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and making data-driven decisions to enhance marketing effectiveness. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and liaise with senior leadership in product, sales, marketing, and other departments to align digital strategies with overall business objectives and ensure cohesive messaging across all digital touchpoints.

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will:

  • Be the cross-functional lead and main point of contact for digital within the BU, collaborating with leaders in product, sales, marketing, and more.
  • Collaborate with both BU-assigned paid media and shared web, SEO, and social media specialists on campaign strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting.
  • Analyze digital performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
  • Be responsible for achieving specific digital MQL and pipeline goals aligned with broader marketing and company objectives.
  • Oversee website optimization efforts to enhance user experience and increase conversion rates.
  • Be responsible for driving digital results for the BU, Marketing team, and organization based on established MQL, pipeline, and booking goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Research and evaluate channel expansion opportunities.
  • Oversee the overarching A/B testing strategy for the Business Unit.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience as a digital marketing professional managing enterprise-level paid media campaigns in B2B marketing, particularly for software/technology businesses.
  • Extensive experience in digital strategy and execution across paid and organic channels, with a focus on Google and LinkedIn, including social media, SEO, paid search, PPL, display, and programmatic.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Pardot, Google Analytics, Google Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, and ABM platforms.
  • Proficient in campaign analysis, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Confidence and experience collaborating with senior leadership in product, sales, and marketing to align digital strategies with business goals.

Preferred:

  • Experience working with start-ups or high-growth/PE-backed companies.
  • Project management experience across platforms like Wrike, Asana, Trello, Monday, Basecamp, etc.
  • Agency experience.
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Office applications, including advanced Excel skills, and experience working in Tableau, Power BI, and Google Data Studio.
  • Experience with ABM and data platforms like Clearbit and 6sense.
