What You'll Do:
We're seeking a strategic and execution-focused Digital Marketing Manager to lead digital campaign execution across our Insurance Channels and Risk Services teams. This role will own the development, automation, and performance of digital programs that drive engagement, referrals, and direct relationships across key personas.
You'll focus on paid channel strategy, campaign automation, and performance optimization, while partnering with our Content Marketing Manager to ensure messaging is aligned and assets are deployed effectively.
- Own and execute digital marketing programs that support channel teams, including ABM, email automation, and post-engagement nurture.
- Build and manage 1:1 ABM pages for top brokerages and strategic accounts using our CMS and personalization tools.
- Consolidating performance into easy-to-read dashboards and being the point of contact for GTM interlock performance
- Develop and automate email campaigns and optimize for campaign performance
- Collaborate with RevOps to implement Salesforce tagging for segmentation and campaign logic.
- Partner with the Content Marketing Manager to:
- Source and deploy content across digital channels
- Align messaging and tone across campaigns
- Support webinar promotion and digital event follow-up.
- Track and report on campaign performance, including engagement, conversion, and lead quality.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years in digital marketing, demand generation, or ABM roles
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, and CMS platforms
- Strong understanding of email automation, segmentation, 1:1 ABM and persona-based marketing
- Analytical mindset with a focus on campaign performance and optimization
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills

- Insurance, risk management, or fleet safety industry exposure
- Experience with partner marketing or channel programs
