Lead multi-channel digital marketing for 4WP and ORW: plan and execute paid media, social, email/SMS, CRM, web and eCommerce campaigns; manage team and agencies; optimize customer journeys, creative assets, budgets, tracking, and performance reporting to drive traffic, conversions, and retention.
The Digital Marketing Manager at 4 Wheel Parts (4WP) and Off Road Warehouse (ORW) is responsible for developing and executing creative, results-driven digital marketing strategies that support the brands’ rugged, off-road identity. This role oversees digital campaigns and creative assets across paid media, web, email, SMS, social media, eCommerce, and other marketing channels.
The ideal candidate combines creative vision with strong leadership, project management, and analytical skills. This individual will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to increase brand awareness, improve the customer journey, drive traffic and conversions, and build customer loyalty within the off-road aftermarket industry.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches for 4WP and ORW.
- Manage, onboard, and mentor direct reports as the digital marketing team grows.
- Lead paid media strategy across platforms such as Google, Meta, YouTube, Shopping, search, display, and remarketing.
- Manage social media strategy, content calendars, publishing, engagement, and performance reporting.
- Lead the concept development and delivery of digital assets, including website banners, landing pages, email campaigns, social media content, digital advertisements, and eCommerce content.
- Collaborate with eCommerce, Product, Retail, Sales, and Events teams to support promotional, product, and brand initiatives.
- Manage outside consultants, agencies, and creative vendors, holding them accountable for execution, optimization, reporting, and results.
- Manage digital marketing budgets, channel allocation, campaign optimization, and performance reporting.
- Oversee CRM strategy, customer segmentation, automated workflows, and platform adoption.
- Manage email, SMS, triggered communications, retention, reactivation, and post-purchase marketing programs.
- Help improve the customer journey across digital engagement, eCommerce, store interactions, installation, delivery, and post-purchase communications.
- Identify and help resolve broken handoffs, platform issues, tracking gaps, and other points of customer friction.
- Support marketing technology requirements, customer data standards, platform integrations, and tracking infrastructure.
- Ensure all creative materials maintain consistent brand identity, messaging, tone, and visual standards.
- Develop, maintain, and evolve brand guidelines across digital, print, retail, and event channels.
- Review and approve marketing and promotional materials, including digital ads, social media graphics, emails, brochures, catalogs, packaging, in-store signage, and event materials.
- Support the design and optimization of web pages, landing pages, and eCommerce content to improve the customer experience and campaign performance.
- Manage customer surveys, competitive research, customer segmentation, and other initiatives that provide insight into customer needs and behaviors.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using dashboards and key performance indicators such as website traffic, engagement, conversion rates, customer retention, return on advertising spend, and revenue.
- Provide recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness, creative performance, and marketing return on investment.
- Manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines while ensuring accurate, high-quality work.
- Champion a creative culture that reflects the off-road enthusiast lifestyle and connects with the core 4WP and ORW customer base.
- Stay current on digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, competitive activity, and industry best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Five or more years of experience in digital marketing, creative marketing, brand management, or a related role.
- Previous experience managing employees, marketing campaigns, creative projects, agencies, consultants, or vendors.
- Strong understanding of paid digital advertising, email and SMS marketing, social media, CRM, eCommerce, website content, and campaign analytics.
- Experience managing digital marketing budgets and evaluating campaign performance and return on investment.
- Familiarity with marketing technology, analytics dashboards, customer segmentation, and automated workflows.
- Experience working with creative and design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or similar platforms is preferred.
- Ability to interpret campaign data and translate results into actionable recommendations.
- Strong understanding of brand development, visual storytelling, and maintaining consistency across multiple channels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, organization, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a collaborative environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Experience in the automotive, off-road, powersports, retail, or aftermarket accessories industry.
- Knowledge of SEO, paid search, paid social media, marketing automation, CRM systems, and web analytics platforms.
- Experience supporting a multi-location retail or eCommerce business.
- Familiarity with off-road vehicles, aftermarket products, and the enthusiast lifestyle is a plus.
