About Us 

We're a SaaS company specializing in Request Tracker (RT) solutions, competing with enterprise helpdesk platforms by offering powerful, cost-effective alternatives. We're scaling our marketing efforts and need a creative, tech-savvy intern to help us tell our story.

Position Overview This is a 3-month internship with strong potential for extension or full-time hire based on performance. You'll own our digital content creation and play a key role in our growth as we expand from organic to paid marketing channels.

What You'll Do

  • Create engaging content across our digital channels (website, LinkedIn, blog, email campaigns)
  • Manage and update our WordPress website with new content, landing pages, and product updates
  • Develop visual assets for social media, ads, and marketing materials
  • Support the launch and optimization of paid advertising campaigns
  • Track and analyze content performance metrics
  • Collaborate on competitive positioning and messaging

What We're Looking For

  • Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
  • Experience in social media, digital marketing, or graphic design (class projects, internships, or freelance work all count)
  • Portfolio or sample work required (graphics, social posts, video clips, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with WordPress (custom themes, plugins, SEO basics)
  • Proficiency with modern AI design and content tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to adapt tone for different audiences
  • Comfortable analyzing and presenting basic data
  • Self-directed, reliable, and able to meet deadlines independently
