The Digital Marketing Coordinator at One Kings Lane plays a vital role in shaping how our brand connects with customers across digital channels. This position is responsible for ensuring our online presence is consistent, engaging, and aligned with our brand voice. By coordinating and publishing content across web, email, and social platforms, this role helps bring campaigns, product launches, and promotions to life. The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of creativity and organization—balancing a keen eye for detail with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. This is a highly collaborative role, working cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and merchandising teams to deliver seamless, impactful digital experiences.
This position will report into the Chief Growth Officer.
What you get to do every day:
- Manage and publish engaging content across web, email, and social channels to keep our brand voice consistent and compelling.
- Audit, edit, and standardize creative assets, copy, and metadata to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics (CTR, engagement, conversions) and adjust strategies to maximize results
- Maintain and update 360 content calendars and dashboards to track deadlines, campaign performance, and publishing accuracy
- Work closely with marketing, creative, and merchandising teams to support seasonal campaigns, product launches, and promotions.
- Provide insights and recommendations to refine creative strategy, ensuring data-driven decisions are made on what content performs and why
- Coordinate asset delivery and ensure content accuracy during peak promotional periods when it matters most.
- Explore and contribute to the adoption of AI tools in digital marketing, enhancing efficiency and campaign performance
What you bring to the role:
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, content coordination, or publishing.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on content accuracy, brand alignment, and consistency.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- A balance of creativity and analytical mindset - able to interpret performance data, spot trends, and recommend changes
- Proficiency with Content Management Systems (CMS) and collaboration tools; experience with design or analytics platforms is a plus.
- Bonus: Experience with design platforms (Canva, Figma, Photoshop) and analytics tools; familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools is a plus
