The Digital Marketing Coordinator will collaborate with cross-functional teams and team leads to create relevant content. Assist with content creation and digital distribution of online marketing materials and collateral, including social media, blog, video, email, and web. Monitor social media sphere for trends, conversations, and issues that are relevant to Urge Interactive clients. Attend cross-departmental meetings and scribe details for internal team distribution.
Basic Qualifications:
Experience with working in digital marketing, social media, digital strategy, or behavioral analytics
Ability to work on multiple projects at once, manage time and tasks efficiently, and communicate availability and status to project leads proactively
Ability to research and educate others on trending technologies, methods, and opportunities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and focus on high impact activities to keep projects moving forward
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Self-motivated, driven and responsible
Excellent collaboration and presentation skills
Additional Qualifications:
Experience working with social media platforms and social media management software
Excellent note taker, able to compile and analyze teammate’s notes, organize and file for later usage
Well-developed interpersonal skills and team spirit.
Ability and flexibility to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced environment.
People person with outgoing personality and high level of comfort in group situations.
The position will work directly with the marketing team and clients to recommend, implement, manage, support, evolve and track the effectiveness of new and existing strategies
Must be local in the Los Angeles area, no remote applicants or agencies please
