The Digital Marketing Coordinator for Ceremony of Roses (COR) is responsible for strategizing and executing digital marketing campaigns for our roster of clients. As a vital member of our digital and eCommerce team, your role is to use data and current market/social media trends to optimize email and SMS marketing campaigns, analyze pop culture trends, set up and monitor ad campaigns, and leverage data to improve overall marketing performance. 

Your duties will include developing strategies to better incorporate email / SMS in our merch drops, keeping up with client posts for use in marketing, staying in tune with client fan clubs to better utilize their involvement, preparing recaps of campaign performance, bringing a creative lens to assets/social designs, and analyzing data (CTR, open rate, conversion rate etc.) to inform decisions.

What you'll do:
  • Email marketing: Onboard and set up email accounts for new clients. Strategize and deliver recommendations on the best ways to incorporate email marketing in merch drops and album campaigns. Understand and introduce best practices into the workflow and analyze campaign metrics to understand trends and make necessary improvements.
  • SMS marketing: Onboard and set up phone numbers for clients and customer sign up forms on stores. Strategize on the best assets and copy to use. Make data-based decisions to adjust for trends and improve effectiveness.  
  • Trend + Pop Culture Analysis: Scour social media for client posts and photos for use in emails / SMS marketing. Stay informed on social media trends. Keep up with client fan pages and finding ways to best utilize their involvement. Research current merch trends / top performing merch products from competitors, and deliver data backed recommendations to internal stakeholders.  
  • Ad Campaign Set Up: Assist in setting up Meta ads + Google ads. Integrate pixels on client stores for tracking purchases. Provide recaps when campaigns are complete. 
  • Data + Analytics: Create recaps and reports on ad campaigns as well as email/SMS campaigns for the team to better understand statistics and revenue. Use data to inform upcoming marketing campaigns.
Who you are:
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on email marketing and social media.
  • Knowledge/previous experience with email marketing platforms (e.g. Klaviyo) - setting up email campaigns, strategizing ways to increase open rates/engagement, and understanding best practices for sending.
  • Knowledge/previous experience with SMS marketing.
  • Working knowledge of Meta Business Suite and setting up ad campaigns/analyzing data from ad campaigns.

The anticipated annual base salary does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for.  The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.

$45,000$55,000 USD
