We’re seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to promote the brand, run both online and offline campaigns, and maintain an efficient cost per lead.

You’ll report to the Marketing Manager and work closely with PPC and SEO specialists, copywriters, and leadership to ensure high-quality leads, efficient ad spend, and strong consumer engagement. The key focus is on optimizing marketing spend to achieve a lower cost per lead than current benchmarks while delivering high-quality leads for the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Bing, and Meta to generate qualified leads.

  • Collaborate with PPC, SEO specialists, and copywriters to maintain cohesive campaigns across all channels.

  • Create engaging content for blogs, email campaigns, and social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).

  • Implement SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and visibility.

  • Track performance metrics (cost per lead, lead volume, conversion rates) and provide actionable reports.

  • Apply both online and offline marketing strategies to maximize outreach and brand awareness.

  • Maintain marketing operations with minimal revisions from leadership.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in service-based or B2C industries.

  • Proven experience managing paid campaigns and analyzing campaign performance.

  • Strong content creation skills for blogs, emails, and social media.

  • Basic understanding of SEO and PPC fundamentals.

  • Analytical mindset with experience in reporting and data-driven decision-making.

  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

  • Independent, responsible, and able to meet deadlines consistently.

  • Creativity and understanding of persuasive copywriting.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in tree care, landscaping, or other service industries.

  • Experience coordinating with multi-disciplinary marketing teams.

  • Familiarity with AI content generation tools and marketing automation platforms.
