This role is part of the Talent and Culture Team, Center of Excellence. The Digital Learning Consultant is responsible for the day-to-day management, configuration, and support of the organization’s Learning Management System (LMS). In partnership with HRIS, this role ensures the LMS is optimized for user experience, operates as intended, and supports the delivery of high-quality learning content dispersed by the Talent Team. This role collaborates with instructional designers, HR, IT, and other learning stakeholders to maintain and enhance the digital learning experience. The ideal candidate will also be able to help create digital learning content for dispersion via our LMS. Key responsibilities:
- Partner with HRIS in the administration and maintenance of the LMS when it comes to learning dispersed by the Talent Team - including user accounts, course creation, content organization and uploads, and system configurations.
- Serve as the Talent Team’s primary point of contact for all LMS-related issues, providing technical support and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with learning and development teams to implement training programs designed for professional development and ensure content is properly structured, posted, and accessible.
- Train other Talent Team members on LMS functionality and best practices.
- Help to ensure seamless delivery of virtual sessions.
- Generate and analyze LMS reports and dashboards to track learner’s professional progress, course completion, and system usage.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.
- Enable and ensure effective LMS mobile utilization.
- Conduct regular system audits and updates to ensure optimal performance.
- Stay current with LMS trends, updates, and emerging technologies.
- Analyze current technologies used within the company and help determine ways to improve learning experience and community-based learning. Explore and put recommendations forward on best technology for learning experience and integrated content.

Position Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Technology, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience administering an LMS (with a strong preference for Cornerstone experience).
- Strong understanding of eLearning standards (e.g., Articulate 360, SCORM).
- Proficiency in data reporting and analytics tools.
- A successful track record in managing complex, multi-dimensional projects, and proven success at building credibility quickly at all levels of the organization, including senior executives
- Experience in large, matrixed and multinational global organizations is preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with instructional design principles is a plus.
