Are you someone who loves turning email, social, and text into real product interest? We're looking for a Digital Engagement Representative to drive digital engagement across our portfolio of building products brands.

Who You'll Support:

Our Sparkd Reps team connects leading building product manufacturers with the dealers, distributors, builders, and partners who drive growth. Representing innovative products across the exterior building products industry, including doors, windows, siding, and specialty building solutions, our team helps manufacturers increase brand visibility, generate product interest, and build lasting customer relationships. As a Digital Engagement Representative, you'll play a key role in that mission by bringing our manufacturers' brands to life across email, social media, and SMS, generating qualified sample requests and creating opportunities that help our clients grow their business.

What You'll Do:

  • The full digital mix: email, social media, SMS/text, and sponsored media ads across multiple building products brands.
  • Campaigns designed to do more than get opens and likes: your work directly drives product sample requests and qualified interest for every brand you touch.
  • A distinct voice for each brand, you'll switch between several brand personalities without missing a beat.
  • Content creation, end-to-end. We're a lean team, so you'll create publish-ready content yourself using AI-approved resources and serve as a brand ambassador in every channel.
  • The numbers: open rates, click-throughs, engagement, SMS conversion, and sample/lead volume. You'll track it and use it to get better every month.

What You Bring:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED) required.
  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in email, social, or SMS marketing. Experience with paid/sponsored media platforms, across building products, construction, or home improvement, is a plus.
  • Comfort with tools like HubSpot, Claude, and Notion, or the curiosity to pick them up fast.
  • Strong writing chops and the flexibility to adapt tone across multiple brands.
  • A data-driven streak: you want to know what's working and why.
  • The ability to juggle multiple brands, campaigns, and priorities at once.
  • Strong ability to navigate multiple applications and browser windows simultaneously.
  • Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a cool outlook. Thriving in an environment that never stops is a must.
  • Motivated to meet and exceed goals and adapt to evolving strategies.
  • Ability to maintain a flexible work schedule to meet client and business needs.

Why Join Us:

  • Fully remote, with a supportive team where effort and results matter.
  • Multiple brands keep the work interesting.
  • Real impact: your campaigns are tied directly to product demand, not just metrics.
  • A supportive team environment where effort and results matter.

Virtual Work Requirements:

To maintain our high standards of productivity, security, and collaboration, all remote team members must meet the following requirements:

  • Home Office Setup: linqd. provides and maintains all required computer equipment. Employees are responsible for providing, at their own expense, a distraction-free workspace with appropriate seating, lighting, and work surfaces. linqd. offers a work-from-home reimbursement to help support these efforts.
  • The workspace must be secure and protect confidential company information.
  • A hardwired internet connection is required. Minimum internet speeds of 35 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload are required to ensure quality, security, and compliance.
  • You must be logged in and available during your scheduled work hours. Active participation in team and customer meetings is expected and may be conducted via Microsoft Teams video or phone.
  • A commitment to clear, timely, and consistent communication is essential to support effective teamwork and customer service.

If you're energized by building an online presence, love watching campaigns turn into real results, and are motivated by achieving goals, we'd love to hear from you!

Please note: The pay range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual rates are determined by a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, business considerations, local market conditions, internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
