About the role

As part of the Marketing team, you will play a key role in shaping and evolving our visual identity. You will work alongside our Brand & Marketing Designer creating compelling creative assets that elevate our brand, support product launches, and engage audiences across the Web3 and trading ecosystem.

Responsibilities:
  • Design high-quality digital assets for the website, blog, social media, paid advertising, email campaigns, presentations, event materials, and other marketing initiatives

  • Create visual content that supports product launches, ecosystem announcements, brand campaigns, and community engagement

  • Collaborate closely with the Brand & Marketing Designer to ensure consistency across all visual communications and maintain a cohesive brand identity

  • Develop creative concepts for branding initiatives, events, merchandise, and digital experiences

  • Partner with marketing leadership to prioritize projects, manage deadlines, and achieve campaign goals

  • Continuously research design trends, emerging creative tools, and industry best practices to bring fresh ideas to the team

  • Serve as a brand ambassador by ensuring all creative assets maintain a consistent, high-quality visual standard across the organization

Who you are:
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in a branding agency, creative agency, or in-house design team

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field

  • Strong portfolio showcasing digital marketing, branding, and visual design work across multiple platforms

  • Expert proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator, and with Figma

  • Motion graphics or basic animation experience (After Effects) is a plus

  • Experience designing for digital channels, including websites, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising

  • Strong understanding of brand systems and visual identity development

  • Ability to develop creative concepts and execute them from ideation to delivery

  • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong understanding of typography, layout, color, and visual storytelling

  • Ability to produce high-quality creative work while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

  • Knowledge of or strong interest in blockchain, cryptocurrency, and Web3

  • Must be fluent in English

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment across multiple teams and time zones

  • Based in the ET or CET/EET time zones
