Breef is seeking a contract Digital Designer to join our dynamic, fast-growing team. This individual will help lead the design for all digital assets at Breef - including emails, digital ads, social media and more. We are looking for someone who is an expert at translating brand visuals, copy and aesthetic across digital-first mediums. 

Your day to day is to…

  • Design and develop visually compelling digital assets for our website, email campaigns, social media and digital advertisements (paid social + display) 

  • Collaborate with the marketing and design teams on asset creation, ideas, inspiration and concepts  

  • Bring movement into select assets through GIFs and animations — optimized for various platforms

  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize the visual design and user experience across all digital touchpoints

  • Stay abreast of the latest trends in digital design, social media and branding to ensure our brand remains at the forefront of the industry

  • Have a thorough understanding of social channel ad products, adhering to industry best practices and specifications

  • Support the creative direction of our brand ensuring consistency with our brand identity and high-quality standards

  • Demonstrate professionalism and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines 



You’ll be successful in this role if you have…

  • 4+ years of proven experience in digital-first design for startups, B2B organizations and / or agencies 

  • Experience designing in Figma and extreme familiarity with its offerings / capabilities

  • Experience working within the design limitations of HubSpot 

  • Proficiency in handling video footage, animations, illustrations, and other multimedia elements (a plus)

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

This is a part-time role, requiring about 5-10 hours per week. There is the possibility for this role to scale up in hours.
