Design and develop visually compelling digital assets for our website, email campaigns, social media and digital advertisements (paid social + display)
Collaborate with the marketing and design teams on asset creation, ideas, inspiration and concepts
Bring movement into select assets through GIFs and animations — optimized for various platforms
Utilize data-driven insights to optimize the visual design and user experience across all digital touchpoints
Stay abreast of the latest trends in digital design, social media and branding to ensure our brand remains at the forefront of the industry
Have a thorough understanding of social channel ad products, adhering to industry best practices and specifications
Support the creative direction of our brand ensuring consistency with our brand identity and high-quality standards
Demonstrate professionalism and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines
You’ll be successful in this role if you have…
4+ years of proven experience in digital-first design for startups, B2B organizations and / or agencies
Experience designing in Figma and extreme familiarity with its offerings / capabilities
Experience working within the design limitations of HubSpot
Proficiency in handling video footage, animations, illustrations, and other multimedia elements (a plus)
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
This is a part-time role, requiring about 5-10 hours per week. There is the possibility for this role to scale up in hours.
