Position Summary:
The Digital Content Specialist plays a key role in maintaining and optimizing the digital shopping experience on Therabody.com. This role is responsible for managing product listings, updating content using Shopify tools, and ensuring that complex, high-frequency promotions are implemented accurately across multiple locales. With a sharp eye for detail and strong organizational skills, the ideal candidate excels at balancing multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-volume promotional environment.
 
Key Responsibilities:
·      Maintain and update product listings across multiple catalogs, global storefronts, and localization while ensuring accuracy in descriptions, pricing, variant data, and imagery.
·      Customize, update, and publish web pages using Shopify Admin, page templates, and custom modules.
·      Create and manage discount codes, automatic discounts, and custom promotions in Shopify Admin.
·      Test and validate discounts across storefronts and ensure proper application at checkout for all global sales channels.
·      Troubleshoot site-related issues and collaborate with Customer Experience to resolve inquiries promptly.
·      Coordinate and implement promotional calendars in alignment with local marketing teams in five international markets.
·      Liaise with developers and technical teams to resolve issues or implement new features when needed.
·      Comfortable learning new technologies and processes as site and business needs evolve.
·      Partner closely with Digital, Creative, Merchandising, and Regional Marketing teams to align on timelines, content needs, and campaign execution.
·      Provide feedback and QA on new page builds, product launches, and site updates.
 
Required Qualifications:
·      2–4 years of experience in digital content management or global e-commerce operations.
·      Proficiency in Shopify Admin, native apps, and a familiarity with basic HTML/CSS
·      Working knowledge of platforms like Google Analytics, Figma, Asana/Jira, Iterable, or Contentful.
·      Experience managing promotions and discount strategies in an e-commerce platform.
·      Strong time management and project management skills; ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, promotional environment.
·      High attention to detail, with an eye for catching content and pricing discrepancies.
·      Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
·      Comfortable working in a high-paced environment which could require the occasional off normal hours support.
