Digital Content Producer

Location: Fully Remote-must reside in the USA

Job Overview:

We’re looking for a dynamic short form content producer who thrives on creating fun, relevant and poignant content that brings a smile to parent’s faces . This role reports to the Associate Creative Director. The successful candidate will be a content generalist who loves bringing creative ideas to life and is passionate about telling stories about parenting and education. They will also be comfortable on both sides of the camera, jumping in as host to get the right soundbite from talent.

We’re looking for someone with an eye, who can take vision to reality while consistently collaborating with others to optimize and execute ideas. They’ll work autonomously, manage projects from start to finish, and consistently deliver high-quality content that captures and grows our audience.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create a variety of content, including videos and graphics optimized for digital and social platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)

  • Assist in planning, managing production schedules, coordinating with talent/interviewees, and handline of technical aspects during content creation.

  • Conduct thorough research on content topics, planning shots to optimize engagement.

  • Step in as a on-camera host in select content, bringing energy and enthusiasm to the conversation, asking insightful questions and engaging viewers.

  • Edit and polish video content using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects and Capcut.

  • Develop dynamic visual content, including graphics and treatments, for mobile and social platforms.

  • Manage content production from concept through completion, ensuring all projects meet deadlines and brand guidelines.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify content opportunities and bring fresh ideas to life.

  • Stay updated on content creation trends, exploring new tools and techniques to keep our approach innovative.

  • Work closely with the social media team to identify and create engaging and shareable content.

  • Review data and metrics to track the success of content strategies, making adjustments as necessary to drive better results.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • Applicants must submit 2–3 samples of short-form video content, ideally optimized for TikTok, IG Reels, or YouTube Shorts.

  • 2+ years of experience in content production (video, graphic design, and social media content).

  • Experience with next-gen design tools Canva, Figma, DaVinci Resolve and AI creative apps.

  • Excellent video editing skills with experience in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, and/or Photoshop.

  • Proven ability to design and produce visually engaging content across platforms.

  • Excellent storytelling skills with an eye for what resonates digitally.

  • Deep understanding of social media platforms and content trends.

  • Proactive and self-motivated with excellent communication skills.

  • Versatile in sourcing, brainstorming, and adapting content ideas.

  • Dynamic organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

  • Knowledge of video production fundamentals (lighting, storyboarding, composition) is a plus.

  • Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
