BROAD FUNCTION AND SCOPE OF THE POSITION: The Digital Content Designer plays a vital role in bridging communication between both external and internal customers. Their main objective is to create and adapt content tailored to the specific business needs of each client, ensuring all creative outputs align with business objectives and deliver measurable results. This role is integral to stakeholder engagement, creative planning, compliance, and continuous improvement.

- Actively interact with all relevant stakeholders to gain a thorough understanding of business objectives.
- Maintain close collaboration throughout the process to ensure content aligns with desired outcomes.
- Work closely with the Digital Campaign Manager and the customer to determine and define the creative elements necessary to support identified business objectives.
- Establish the creative direction for each project, ensuring alignment with client goals and brand standards.
- Partner with the Digital Campaign Manager and the customer to acquire and curate external content and resources required for creative production.
- Source, evaluate, and select multimedia assets to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Produce creative elements across a variety of media, including video, social media, emails, landing pages, web forms, and print.
- Structure content to fully leverage and maximize the reach and personalization capabilities of Affinity Group NXT platforms.
- Understand and obtain all necessary approvals throughout the creative process.
- Execute creative production in full accordance with customer-specified policies, brand standards, agreed-upon timelines, and quality benchmarks.
- Remain informed about the latest copyright regulations and ethical requirements for digital sales and marketing.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with these standards throughout every project.
- Systematically organize and curate all creative production inputs and outputs, ensuring efficient workflow and accessibility.
- Maintain up-to-date resources and materials for team use.
- Communicate the creative process and timelines clearly to all stakeholders before, during, and after project execution.
- Provide transparency to support successful project outcomes and client satisfaction.
- Provide training and collaborate with others, particularly Client Managers, on the use of creative tools and platforms.
- Recommend, test, and monitor improvements to creative processes and platform capabilities.
- Present reports to stakeholders on creative performance and outcomes.
- Stay up to date with best practices, user feedback, and AI-generated performance insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Systematically document creative processes, learnings, and platform enhancements for future reference and training.
- Analyze content performance data and present actionable insights to stakeholders using dashboards and visualizations.
- Use analytics to inform strategy and optimize creative outcomes.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, digital media, marketing, communications, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital content design, multimedia production, or related roles.
- Demonstrated success in creating and managing multimedia content for digital campaigns.
- Experience with creative software, digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and compliance monitoring.
- Strong creative, analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
