Digital Content Creator, Paw Patrol [Contract]

What will you work on?

Spin Master is looking for a Digital Content Creator to make engaging content for our PAW Patrol YouTube channel. In this role, you will be the voice of the brand on YouTube, overseeing the creation of long-form editorial and live action content for YouTube main and YouTube Shorts.

How will you create impact?

• Shoot, edit and provide voiceover for multiple pieces of long-form and short-form original video content weekly.
• Collaborate with Creative Director on ideas, concepts, scripts, and programming schedule.
• Track trending tips, tricks, styles, techniques, formats, and subject matter to inform your creative and keep content fresh for new and existing audiences.
• Cross-collaborate with partners to analyze content performance and pivot when necessary.

What are your skills and experience?

• Lead all aspects of digital content creation. Strong creative ideation, writing, and editing skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects and adhering to deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic, and results oriented environment.
• Equal parts independent self-starter and team collaborator. Comfortable creating autonomously.
• Experienced in analyzing data and metrics to inform creative content strategies.
• Strong understanding of the YouTube main and Shorts ecosystem.
• Proficient in Adobe Suite. Ability to do lightweight motion graphics is a plus!

This position requires an onsite presence four days per week.

The anticipated salary range for candidates who will work in California is $30 to $40 per hour. The salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, education, etc. Spin Master ltd. is a multi-provincial employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work only in other provinces.
