Are you a data-driven innovator with a creative edge? 

Iron Mountain is seeking an experienced Digital Commerce Manager to join our Asset Lifecycle Management team. In this key role, you will be responsible for owning the end-to-end strategy, execution, and performance of products across our digital e-commerce channels.

This role is part of a dynamic, cross-functional team dedicated to driving profit growth and delivering exceptional user experiences through data-driven digital product innovation.

What You’ll Do 

  • Brand Strategy & Execution: Drive brand and digital strategy to align with overall vision, delivering growth through optimized campaigns, user experiences, and conversion-focused initiatives.
  • Data & Performance: Leverage data and analytics to inform decisions, track KPIs, forecast sales, and develop strategies that improve performance and profitability.
  • Operations & Leadership: Lead operational excellence by streamlining workflows, implementing SOPs, and balancing short-term impact with long-term growth.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, IT, and other teams to ensure cohesive brand execution and consistent communication.
  • Oversee financial planning and resource prioritization to maximize ROI, ensure inventory alignment, and drive sustainable revenue growth.
  • Market & Consumer Insights: Stay ahead of market trends and competition, using consumer insights and innovation to adapt strategy and maintain a competitive edge.

What You’ll Bring 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 4+ years’ experience in brand management, eCommerce, or product management.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills with expertise in reporting tools.
  • Proven ability to translate insights into impactful brand, product, and growth strategies.
  • Skilled in digital marketing, conversion optimization, and financial planning.
  • Excellent communicator and cross-functional leader with a focus on collaboration, change management, and team development.
