JOB DESCRIPTION
We’re looking for a curious, ambitious, and open-minded Digital Commerce Analyst to join our BA team, with a twist. You’ll get hands-on experience in business analysis, client strategy, and digital marketing. This is an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate who is logical, curious, and an exceptional communicator, with an interest in building a career in eCommerce, consulting, business strategy, or digital marketing.
You will primarily support our Business Analysis (BA) team while also assisting with digital marketing initiatives, working on client-facing projects, strategic business analysis, and marketing campaigns. This role is designed for someone eager to learn across multiple facets of digital commerce and grow into a Business Analyst, Sales/ Marketing track.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Dive into client projects, helping our BA team uncover business needs, challenges, and opportunities
- Attend client meetings and support senior consultants while learning the ropes of eCommerce consulting
- Help turn complex processes into clear flows, business requirements, and client-ready materials
- Build relationships across teams and with clients, you’re the glue that keeps projects on track
- Spot gaps, suggest solutions, and contribute ideas during eCommerce project implementations
- Collaborate across teams to keep projects aligned and moving forward
- Assist in creating content for client-facing presentations, proposals, or campaigns
- Support marketing initiatives and internal communications to highlight project successes
- Help track and visualize project or marketing performance data in clear, engaging formats
- Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to help clients optimize their eCommerce strategies
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Logical thinking, strong organization, and ability to analyze and synthesize information
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working with both clients and internal teams
- Open-minded and adaptable to taking on tasks in both business analysis and marketing
- Ambition to grow into a Business Analyst, Sales, or Marketing role
Preferred:
- Exposure to eCommerce, digital platforms, or consulting projects (coursework or internships welcome)
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace, Excel, or project management platforms
- Coursework or minor in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields
- Passion for understanding how businesses use technology to streamline operations and grow through digital transformation
- Interest in digital marketing, AI, and data-driven decision-making
