Digital Campaign Marketing Manager

Led by a team of successful serial entrepreneurs and ex-Amazon senior leaders, we secured $500M in funding in from prominent VCs like Sequoia, Lightspeed, Greenoaks, BOND, and Elad Gil, and we’re gearing up for an exciting journey and rapid growth.
We're looking for a Digital Campaign Marketing Manager who is equal parts creative strategist and analytical powerhouse. You'll be the glue between our most ambitious marketing initiatives: from high-touch ABM to pillar content releases and global event launches. You'll help to ensure we reach the right target accounts with the right message at the perfect time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect Multi-Channel ABM: Partner with Sales, Marketing Ops, and RevOps to design and execute high-impact ABM campaigns that drive pipeline against target accounts.
- Support Database Segmentation: Own the audience architecture to ensure highly relevant, personalized outreach across our entire database.
- Lead Nurture Strategy: Build sophisticated nurture streams that drive thought leadership, deepen content engagement, and accelerate Lead-to-MQL conversion,
- Support Tentpole Launches: Launch integrated digital campaigns to amplify our event sponsorships and major content drops, ensuring maximum ROI from our biggest bets.
- Help drive Brand Awareness: Execute third-party sponsorships and influencer programs to build authority and engagement within our ICP.
- Optimize and Report: Maintain a rigorous focus on performance, constantly reporting on and optimizing programs to meet pipeline targets.
- Be a Team Player: Collaborate cross-functionally with Events, Content, and Analytics teams to ensure a unified and friction-free brand experience.
- Support Strategy & Budget: Partner with the Director of Demand Generation to forecast campaign spend scenarios and take creative swings that help drive engagement with our ICP.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience leading integrated digital campaigns and ABM programs in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of partnering with Sales and RevOps to move the needle on target account engagement and pipeline.
- Funnel guru with a strong grasp of B2B funnel metrics and attribution modeling.
- Tool Proficiency: in Marketing automation (e.g., Marketo/Hubspot), CRM (e.g., Salesforce), and ABM platforms (e.g., 6sense/Demandbase).
- Analytical & Creative: Comfortable toggling between campaign creative direction and deep-dive performance reporting.
- Event & Content Savvy: Experience supporting large-scale event sponsorships and content-led growth initiatives to drive engagement & demand.
- Strong Communicator: Ability to share campaign roadmaps and translate campaign data and performance into actionable insights for cross-functional stakeholders.
