Overview
We are seeking a Digital Adoption Lead to help employees successfully adopt new technology and new ways of working. You'll develop adoption strategies, lead technology launches, create engaging communications and learning experiences, and partner with teams across the organization to ensure technology solutions are understood, embraced, and continuously improved through user feedback
Key Responsibilities
Digital Adoption Strategy
Lead the planning and execution of digital adoption and change management strategies that prepare users for new technology, accelerate adoption, and maximize business value.
Partner with technology teams, business stakeholders, and other corporate departments to align priorities and ensure adoption readiness for successful technology launches.
Develop clear and compelling narratives that help users understand what’s changing, why it matters, and how it impacts their work.
Develop and maintain an understanding of the organization's technology landscape, user needs, and industry trends to inform adoption priorities and identify opportunities to improve the user experience.
Identify potential barriers to adoption and recommend strategies that help users successfully embrace new technology.
Launch Readiness & Enablement
Develop and execute integrated communication, training, and enablement plans to support technology rollouts, product launches, and major feature releases.
Create scalable adoption assets, including playbooks, videos, FAQs, in-product guidance, and reusable materials that support diverse learning styles.
Leverage a range of communication channels (e.g., intranet, webinars, email, digital guidance) to build awareness and reinforce key messages before, during, and after launch.
Promote a consistent and engaging adoption experience across the technology portfolio by applying best practices and reusable approaches.
Partnerships & User Insights
Build and maintain strong relationships across technology, business, and corporate teams to foster ongoing collaboration, encourage engagement, and champion digital adoption.
Help facilitate workshops, feedback sessions, and other engagement opportunities to understand user needs, validate adoption approaches, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Monitor user feedback, adoption trends, and usage insights following technology launches to identify and address adoption challenges.
Serve as an advocate for users by translating feedback and adoption insights into actionable recommendations that improve the user experience and inform future product enhancements.
Adoption Analytics & Continuous Improvement
Define success metrics to measure adoption rates, feature usage, engagement, productivity gains, and overall effectiveness of technology solutions.
Develop and maintain scalable adoption processes, templates, and best practices to drive consistency and efficiency.
Capture and share key lessons learned, best practices, and adoption outcomes to improve future technology initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field and 5+ years of experience in digital adoption, change management, digital transformation, product enablement, or a related field, OR equivalent combination of education and practical experience.
Experience working with enterprise technology products
Experience leading or supporting technology launches, adoption initiatives, or organizational change efforts.
Strong understanding of business process transformation, workflow optimization, and user adoption principles.
Strong organization skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Experience using adoption metrics, user feedback, and analytics to measure success and continuously improve outcomes.
Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, demonstrating strong ownership, communication, and collaboration.
Experience with digital adoption platforms (e.g., Whatfix) and product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel) is a plus.
