inPowered is seeking a digital ad trafficker. Your job is to design and launch each advertising campaign your company wants to run through a digital native platform. Aside from managing the campaigns themselves, you focus on using analytics to monitor ad performance, delivery, and margin. You are tasked with monitoring deadlines, billing, and scheduled reports which may include custom templates. To succeed in this job, you must have excellent attention to detail and display excellent cooperation with sales and marketing teams.
Responsibilities:
- Support sales team with launch and trafficking functions for advertisers' online advertising campaigns.
- Provide QA and troubleshooting support for ad campaigns.
- Provide administrative support as necessary in the form of contract review, order entry, or client reporting.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships within the Sales & marketing organization.
- Maintain all client-facing custom reports and ensure they are accurate and delivered on time.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with ad systems and technologies including Google Ad Manager, Operative, or similar systems and technologies are a plus.
- Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript and Flash is a plus.
- Great Proficiency with MS Excel and Vlookup/pivot tables.
- Great communication, smart, quick learner.
- Analytic profile, detail oriented, very organized.
