Your Role as a Digital Acquisition Specialist:

As a Digital Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for executing, optimizing, and analyzing paid media campaigns for Fusable's external Digital clients across platforms including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic media, working directly with clients on campaign communication, reporting, and performance. Using that same platform expertise, you will also run paid lead-generation campaigns for Fusable's internal Data brands, including EDA, RigDig, CAB, EquipmentWatch, Price Digests, and Iron Solutions, treating Fusable's own data products as an internal client. As a member of the Performance Media Operations (PMO) team, you will work closely with Account Services, the Fusable Data and Marketing teams, and fellow specialists to deliver high-quality campaign execution that drives measurable results.

This role is ideal for someone who has developed a strong foundation in paid media and is ready to independently manage campaigns while contributing to strategy, performance, and operational excellence, whether the desired outcome is client performance or qualified lead generation for Fusable's data products. You'll be expected to identify optimization opportunities, participate in client and internal stakeholder discussions when appropriate, and proactively contribute ideas that improve both campaign outcomes and internal processes.

A Day in the Life of a Digital Acquisition Specialist:

  • Build, launch, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across search, social, display, video, and programmatic platforms, for both external client accounts and Fusable's internal Data brands.

  • Independently manage assigned client and internal data brand campaigns while ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely delivery.

  • Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve KPIs including CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversion rate, with internal Data brand campaigns measured against customer acquisition cost (CAC) and conversion-to-qualified-lead rate.

  • Develop basic strategic recommendations and optimization insights to improve campaign outcomes across both client and internal programs.

  • Collaborate with Account Services to support client goals and performance initiatives, and with Fusable's Data and Marketing teams to support internal data brand lead-generation goals.

  • Maintain campaign tracking, tagging, audience targeting, and conversion measurement requirements across client and internal campaigns.

  • Participate in reporting analysis and communicate performance updates to internal stakeholders, including CAC and qualified-lead reporting for internal Data brand campaigns using HubSpot and Salesforce.

  • Assist with campaign audits, QA checks, platform troubleshooting, and issue resolution.

  • Contribute ideas that improve workflows, processes, and team efficiencies.

  • Maintain current platform certifications and continue developing expertise across media products and channels.

  • Support onboarding and knowledge sharing efforts with Coordinators as needed.

  • Serve as an internal paid media subject matter expert to Fusable's Data brands, applying the same campaign management and measurement discipline used for external clients to drive cost-efficient, qualified lead generation for Fusable's proprietary data products.

What You'll Need

  • 2-4 years of paid media experience across one or more platforms including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic, display, or video advertising.

  • Ability to independently manage paid media campaigns for external clients, including client communication, reporting, and performance accountability.

  • Understanding of campaign setup, optimization, audience targeting, and performance measurement.

  • Knowledge of tracking, attribution, pixels, and conversion measurement.

  • Working knowledge of HubSpot and Salesforce, including lead tracking, attribution, and marketing-to-sales hand-off.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Excel and performance reporting tools.

  • Comfort working across both client-facing and internal, cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Data, Product, and Marketing teams).

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Nice to Have

  • Agency experience.

  • Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, or StackAdapt certifications.

  • Experience with Google Tag Manager, GA4, Salesforce, or Asana.

  • Exposure to B2B advertising environments.

  • Experience running B2B lead-generation campaigns

  • Experience supporting multiple clients simultaneously.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
