DevRel Lead

Plasma is a purpose-built blockchain for stablecoin payments. Engineered from the ground up to address the unique needs of stablecoins, Plasma provides a scalable, efficient, and secure foundation for the next generation of money movement. We believe stablecoins can transform global finance and improve financial access worldwide. To reach the next level of adoption, dedicated and purpose-built infrastructure is required.

We are looking for a DevRel Lead to make Plasma the most developer-respected blockchain in the world for stablecoins. You’ll be responsible for building the developer ecosystem around Plasma, shaping how builders first experience the network and supporting them through integration and deployment. You will deeply understand the architecture and capabilities of Plasma and use that knowledge to craft best-in-class content, tools, onboarding flows, and technical relationships with the most important builders in crypto and fintech.

You’ll work directly with engineering, product, growth, and ecosystem to ship developer-facing experiences that are unparalleled in the industry. You will represent the developer’s voice internally, while also being Plasma’s voice in the broader technical community.

• Own all developer-facing content and tooling, from docs and guides to examples and reference apps

• Partner with top teams to get them integrated and successful on Plasma, solving for real, global use cases

• Design and maintain core onboarding experiences that showcase Plasma’s speed, architecture, and stablecoin-native features

• Launch and maintain community programs (e.g. developer challenges, early adopter cohorts, hackathons) to foster usage and loyalty

• Build feedback loops from developers into product and engineering so we move fast and ship what matters

• Represent Plasma at events, conferences, and social channels

• You’ve worked in DevRel, engineering, or protocol teams and know what developers love in a platform

• A strong communicator with the ability to translate deep technical concepts into clean, concise writing and code

• Hands-on coder: you can prototype, debug, and ship code that other developers rely on

• Opinionated about great developer experiences and willing to fight for quality

• A passion for crypto infrastructure and stablecoin use cases

• Comfortable working across disciplines and moving fast in a high-stakes environment

• Known for high ownership when something’s broken, you fix it. When something’s missing, you build it

• Strong presence in crypto developer communities, online or offline

• Experience building apps on L1s/L2s or contributing to protocol-level projects

• Previous experience running community or education programs at a protocol or devtooling company

• Understanding of crypto UX patterns and interactions

• Backend: Node.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Redis

• Blockchain: Ethers.js, Web3.js, Hardhat

• Frontend: React, Next.js, TypeScript, TailwindCSS, TanStack Query

• Infrastructure: Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP, Terraform

• Monitoring: Prometheus, Grafana, Elasticsearch, Sentry

• Development: GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing
