This role partners closely with Development, Security, and Infrastructure teams to ensure efficient application deployments, adherence to compliance standards, and overall system reliability. The DevOps Engineer plays a key role in delivering, faster, more stable releases and maintaining high-performing environments. This position in based in our Newport Beach, California office and requires on-site presence five days per week. The salary for this role is $120,000.

Job Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application and database deployments.
- Manage and monitor cloud environments (Azure preferred; AWS or GCP acceptable)
- Collaborate with development teams to support seamless integration and delivery
- Enforce compliance with Separation of Duties (SoD) and related policies
- Partner with IT Security to implement best practices across infrastructure and deployments
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across production and stating environments
- Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability
Required Qualifications:
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
- Experience with version control systems (Git)
- Familiarity with monitoring tools
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in DevOps or related roles
Must-Haves:
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with Azure DevOps
- Experience operating in Azure environments
- Experience enforcing and maintaining SoD policy compliance
Preferred Qualifications/ Nice to Have:
- Experience with healthcare compliance frameworks (HIPPA, HITRUST, ISO 27001/27002, URAC, CMS, NIST)
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and/or ClickHouse
- Understanding of networking and security principles
- Hand-on experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
