Overview:
The Summer Hire will work closely with the US DevOps Team to accomplish the needs of the business. Intern will experience a global production workload that focuses on CI/CD principals delivered in an entirely Remote Cloud first environment.
Project Scope:
- Implementation of Coralogix agents and ingestion
- Deployment of resources using Terraform and Github Actions
- Docker image build and updates
- Management and optimization of AWS resources including EC2, EKS, etc.
- Exposure to Ticket tracking and documentation using Atlassian tool set.
Deliverables/Milestones:
- Successful intern will be asked to present a small presentation on what they learned during the internship, as well as 3 identified potential DevOps pain points that could be improved upon in the future.
Learning Objectives:
- The Summer Hire will get hands on experience with the following:
- Terraform
- Github Actions
- Circle CI
- Yaml
- Jira / Confluence
- AWS Cloud infrastructure
This is an hourly contract role intended for college students as a summer internship. The role will start end of May and pays $20 per hour, 35 hours per week for approximately 2 months.
