Job Overview:
The Development Project Coordinator is a temporary, full-time opportunity designed for individuals who are eager to gain practical experience supporting a fast-growing technology and infrastructure company. This role contributes to cross-functional projects while providing exposure to multiple areas of the business, including operations, community engagement, safety, business services, and corporate initiatives.

Working closely with leaders across the organization, the Associate will assist with research, project coordination, event planning, operational support, and process improvement initiatives that help advance business priorities. This role is ideal for individuals who are organized, adaptable, and interested in developing a broad understanding of business operations within a dynamic and collaborative environment.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

    • Support operational and administrative projects across multiple business functions.
    • Coordinate project activities, schedules, documentation, and follow-up actions.
    • Assist with planning and execution of internal meetings, events, employee engagement activities, and community initiatives.
    • Conduct research, analyze information, and prepare summaries, presentations, and reports for department leaders.
    • Provide project support to departments including Community Engagement, Business Operations, Safety, and other corporate functions as assigned.
    • Assist with process documentation and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
    • Participate in cross-functional meetings and collaborate with internal stakeholders to support organizational initiatives.
    • Maintain organized project files, records, and supporting documentation.
    • Complete assigned projects while managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
    • This role requires professionalism, respect, strong communication, and the ability to work well with others in a team-oriented, inclusive environment.

Required Qualifications:

    • Currently enrolled in, or recently graduated from, an undergraduate or graduate degree program.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
    • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
    • Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when working with sensitive information.
    • Ability to travel occasionally.
    • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and assist with event setup or materials when necessary.
    • Ability to work in both office and remote environments and perform computer-based work for extended periods.

Preferred Qualifications:

    • Academic background in Business, Operations, Finance, Communications, Engineering, Human Resources, or a related field.
    • Previous internship, campus leadership, volunteer leadership, or project experience.
    • Interest in energy, technology, digital infrastructure, or Bitcoin mining.
    • Experience using project management or collaboration platforms such as Monday.com or Microsoft Project.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Demonstrated initiative and a willingness to learn in a rapidly changing environment.
