Essential Responsibilities:
- The manager of Transient Analysis will demonstrate accountability for functional, business, and broad company objectives.
- Support the development of technical talent and depth within the team
- Provide leadership, resources and training needed to assure high quality deliverables in accordance with customer requirements, business procedures and regulatory agency guidelines
- Support the development, maintenance and control of the licensing and design bases and improvement of analysis processes (including procedures)
- Interface with project management and direct resources to execute to defined project work schedules and priorities.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with policies and procedures.
- Interface with internal customers, external customers and the NRC on technical issues.
- Act as a leader in company / business initiatives.
- Support GVH quality requirements, including participation in design reviews, initiating and responding to Condition Reports, identifying and providing needed training and mentoring, and maintaining adequate levels of qualified personnel
Required Qualifications:
- B.S. Degree in Engineering Discipline (Nuclear, Mechanical, Chemical or similar).
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a technology or engineering role
- Operating at a senior level within the organization

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $134,400.00 and $257,600.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
