About the Role

We are seeking a Designer with deep experience in social, mobile, or games. In this role, you will lead end-to-end design for both creator and audience experiences across social features. You’ll design intuitive and engaging experiences that make our real-time interactive platform rewarding for both users and creators.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design of user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals for a gamified live streaming experience.

  • Design and refine gamified social features of our creators and users.

  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and game designers to translate ideas into intuitive, engaging interfaces.

  • Champion user-centered design principles across the product, ensuring clarity, usability, and delight at every touchpoint.

  • Leverage design thinking philosophies to conduct user research, usability testing, and incorporate feedback into rapid design iterations.

  • Anticipate how design decisions will scale in live service environments with frequent content updates and evolving features.

  • Advocate for cohesive visual design standards and UI/UX best practices across the platform.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3-5 years of design experience, with at least 3 years in social, mobile, or games.

  • Proven track record designing for social features.

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design execution from concept through production.

  • Deep passion for gaming, live streaming, and real-time interactive online experiences.

  • Proficiency with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite).

  • Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams with product, design, and engineering.

  • Strong communication skills, with an ability to give and receive feedback openly and constructively.

  • Product design and design thinking experience (beyond games) is a strong plus.

Salary & Benefits

Compensation: $105k – $140k base salary + options
