We’re looking for a designer who can bring ideas to life across digital and print. The ideal candidate has a strong command of visual design, layout, and storytelling, and thrives on seeing campaigns through from initial concept to final production. This role is both conceptual and hands-on, collaborating across teams, pushing creative boundaries, and delivering exceptional work under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in brainstorming sessions that push creative boundaries
  • Collaborate with fellow designers and account managers to solve challenges and bring bold ideas to life
  • Bring an approved campaign concept to life through the development of a full set of digital and print ads
  • Experiment with new tools and technologies to elevate what’s possible in design
  • Stay inspired by exploring new design trends and sharing ideas for future projects

Requirements
  • Must be located in CA, ID or TN (CA preferred)
  • 4-5 years of professional design experience in an agency role or environment
  • Bachelor of Arts degree or equivalent education
  • The ability to come up with creative ideas - big and small
  • Able to work in an open, highly collaborative, aggressive and deadline-driven team environment
  • Strong organization skills with an ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Proven track record for designing highly usable and innovative websites
  • Actively educating oneself on design trends
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • A willingness to challenge traditional thinking and take risks
  • Innovative, creative, resourceful and accountable with an insistence on honesty, transparency, and integrity in work ethic
  • Must be driven, understand business goals, and have the entrepreneurial spirit
  • Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma, Constant Contact and Mailchimp
  • Experience with G Suite and using FTP is preferred
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere, and AI applications such as Midjourney or other image-generating tools would be an asset

CA Salary Range: $68-78,000
