The Role:


Blueland is looking for a talented Designer to join our growing Creative team to help bring our brand to life across various digital and print touch points. Reporting to the Associate Design Director, you’ll help lead projects from concept to execution, shaping our visual identity and ensuring consistency across Brand, Growth, Retail, and Product teams. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that blends creativity with strategic thinking and technical skill.


Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Associate Design Director to lead and execute high-level design projects from concept to completion, including email campaigns, social media content, site design, ads and more
  • Conceptualize and execute compelling print design projects such as OOH campaigns, packaging inserts, and other brand collateral
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project goals and translate them into effective visual solutions
  • Present and articulate design concepts to stakeholders
  • Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to bring innovative ideas to the team

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of graphic design experience in-house or in an agency setting
  • Experience with motion graphics or video editing is a plus
  • A strong portfolio that showcases your eye for typography, layout, color, and brand storytelling—especially across social, email, and web
  • Proficient in Figma, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Notion, Google G-Suite, Asana etc.
  • A detail-oriented mindset and passion for design, art, culture, and continuous learning
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks or projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and cross functional collaboration skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to articulate design decisions and advocate for creative best practices
  • A highly motivated, proactive team player with a positive attitude and willingness to grow
  • Passionate about the environment, sustainability and the Blueland mission

The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year.
