ABOUT THE ROLE
This position will be an integral part of multi-disciplinary design teams and will work under the direction of a licensed architect.
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Coordinating architecture project development from conceptual design through construction documents for commercial facilities including performing 3-D modeling & rendering using Revit, Rhino, Grasshopper, Sketch-Up, & Enscape.
- BIM coordination with engineers and consultants.
- Developing & construction documents; conducting materials & code research.
- Completing schematic design, design development & construction document drawings.
- Preparing architectural presentations for clients using Photoshop, InDesign, & Illustrator.
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field required.
- Must have 3 years’ experience in the following areas:
- Coordinating architecture project development from conceptual design through construction documents for commercial facilities including performing 3-D modeling & rendering using Revit, Rhino, Grasshopper, Sketch-Up, & Enscape.
- BIM coordination with engineers and consultants.
- Developing & construction documents; conducting materials & code research.
