As UpKeep's Web Design and Brand Manager, you will work very closely with the marketing team to achieve growth-related goals through strategic web design.

What you’ll do:

• Deliver innovative web designs, graphics, and layouts from concept to completion across multiple channels including landing pages, email campaigns, etc.
• Redesign UpKeep’s website to enhance the user experience (UX / UI) and modernize content delivery
• Strategically collaborate with marketing, product, and customer-facing teams to meet desired business outcomes and optimize messaging to customers
• Analyze UpKeep’s web presence, providing improvements and enhancements designed to drive growth strategies including SEO
• Design new and innovative site features that increase visitor engagement, education, and conversion
• Drive consistency of UpKeep's web and brand design process through templates and web style guidelines
• Future-proof your work by developing comprehensive guides and documentation
• Ensure all web pages are responsive, functional, and well-designed across mobile, tablet, and desktop

What we’re looking for:

• 2+ years of experience developing creative branding elements and design concepts that meet business objectives
• 2+ years of experience with modern web design (WordPress or equivalent)
• Experience working directly with a marketing team is a big plus
• Strong knowledge of UX & UI
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Someone excited to make a big impact at a high-growth tech startup
