As a Web Designer at WhiskerCloud, you’ll be a key part of our web team that creates beautiful web presences for customers worldwide. In this role, you will be responsible for building, managing, and optimizing beautiful, custom websites on the WhiskerCloud platform.

The ideal candidate will be someone that works smart and wants to rise in our company. Our team is big on collaboration and wearing multiple hats to keep the momentum rolling! Due to coronavirus, our team is fully remote, but we do prefer people living in California.

In this role, you will:

• Work primarily in WordPress with custom plugins and tools created by WhiskerCloud
• Be a troubleshooting detective who follows every clue, can easily connect with customers, and build rapport
• Investigate and provide resolutions to our customers in a confident and easy to understand manner
• Assist customers with requests and needs for website edits, social media posts, and other support queries
• Work closely with internal marketing teams to streamline processes and coordinate the execution of new customer success strategies
• Go above and beyond for every customer you interact with via online ticketing systems
• Assist customer using programs like WordPress, Canva, Hubspot, Photoshop, and more

The right candidate has these skills:

• At least two years of working experience in a customer experience, social media, or web design capacity
• Strong leadership capabilities
• Excellent knowledge of web design and social media platforms
• Agency or startup experience is not required but is strongly preferred
• The ability to think strategically and to lead
• Strong client-facing and communication skills
• Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills

The starting pay range for this role is $43,680 – $55,000 per year plus benefits.
