AMP Agency is looking for a Senior Visual Designer to lead clients, internal teams and products from ideation to launch.  This individual will be hands-on throughout projects and expected to be extremely collaborative across all disciplines. This person will need to have extreme passion for the craft and focus on making beautiful, functional and inspired work.

Requirements:

• Experience. 5+ years of designing digital products: web, native and mobile web with experiential being a plus.
• Breadth. Experience working with a mix of clients, varied industries and product types.
• Conceptual. Think outside the box and enjoy the process of pushing the boundaries.
• Be client facing.  Ability to understand client needs, clearly communicate, be a client and user advocate and present work with rationale on decisions made.
• A Leader. As a senior designer we would look for this individual to lead by example, mentor and be able to inspire a team.
• Know the tools. Adobe Creative Suite, XD, Sketch and Figma will need to be in your wheelhouse.
• Breathe Digital. Live for what digital allows for in movement and storytelling while always designing for the user. 
• Design for how it will work. Design not just pages but interactions big and small. Prototyping skills is a huge plus.
• Team player. Experience working with interdisciplinary teams, both in-house and client, in creating innovative and useful products.
