Wave is the world’s first multi-channel virtual entertainment platform for live concerts. Our platform transforms performers into digital avatars in real-time, casting them onto a virtual stage built with stunning visuals and customized interactions that fit each performer’s unique style. These virtual shows are distributed via YouTube, Twitch, Facebook, as well as other major digital and gaming channels.

You’ll work with our design team to design and implement features for our interactive live-stream concert experiences. We prioritize our users. We empower them to express themselves, be a star participant, establish a reputation, be a part of the community, and connect with their friends and favorite artists. You will help pioneer this new interactive format and see your designs and systems used live by millions of viewers and the top musical artists in the world.

Job Requirements:

• Work with designers to design and implement 3D prototypes in Unity and create primitive art assets when necessary
• Implement wireframes and design specs, and iterate on them creatively in-engine
• Rapidly iterate on designs in-engine

Required Qualifications

• Set up logic for interactions using visual scripting tools like Bolt and Klak
• Ability to create basic C# scripts when necessary
• 5+ years working in the industry in Unity
• Experience with monetization

Desired Qualifications

• UI design experience for Unity
• Ability to create basic VFX in Unity
• Knowledge of writing shaders either with code or a node editor
• Experience with music-driven interactions and visuals 
• Experience with massively cooperative online game
