FabFitFun is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join a growing Creative & Content department. Reporting to the Creative Director, this role will be instrumental in elevating FabFitFun’s style and brand presence. The ideal candidate will be able to successfully innovate, and contribute design thinking and creative problem solving throughout omni-channel campaigns.

What You’ll Do:

• Contribute to company success by providing subject matter expertise in the development of seasonally driven creative ideation and execution
• Ideate and develop ownable illustration artwork and new design systems that align with established brand principles and business objectives
• Apply conceptual thinking and creativity to complex design assignments, including packaging initiatives and seasonal style guide creation with minimal direction from leaders
• Lead a diverse scope of projects autonomously through cross channel platform knowledge, including but not limited to: digital design, social media, packaging and print 
• Partner with Marketing, Creative, and other internal stakeholders to solve collaboratively, present strategic design initiatives, and unite the visual style consistency across the brand 
• Provide mentorship, daily feedback, approvals, and clear design critiques to other members of the team
• Foster a feedback-driven culture; give timely, constructive feedback and initiate opportunities for others to provide feedback to you
• Collect critiques from the Creative Director and/or Art Director and effectively implement changes to design work
• Identify and offer solutions or improvements for creative and business challenges
• Successfully prioritizes assignments and manages appropriate timelines and deliverables

What You'll Bring:

• 7+ years of graphic design experience (in-house creative studio a bonus) 
• Highly skilled in Adobe Creative Suite required
• Expert understanding of illustration, typography, color theory, and layout systems
• Background creating and applying style guides required
• Print, digital and packaging experience required
• Strong conceptual thinker with high fidelity creative and technical design 
• Ability to share and work as a collaborative team player in a fast paced environment 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and experience leading design critiques with actionable feedback
• Past experience working for a Lifestyle or Fashion company a plus
