We are looking for a Senior Designer to join our growing team. This person will be responsible for the conceptualization and implementation of designs from concept to completion. He/She will hold the lead role on brand design projects while supervising intermediate and junior designer(s) and freelancer(s) in creating concepts, comps, layouts and final design deliverables. The Senior Designer manages the brand integration and not just the production of specific deliverables. He/She demonstrates the ability to work within and to keep team members working within established deadlines.

The impact you will have:

• Blend cutting-edge sensibility with restaurant and food forward design chops. You’ ll
• Use your advanced design skills to create original brand concepts that reflect each new and existing Nextbite brands unique value proposition
• Work with the Sr. Brand Strategist and other members of the Brand Development team to bring to life Virtual Kitchen concepts. From logo creation, to help with naming, packaging design to overall brand expression and everything in between, your eye for detail and trend forward design will be the secret sauce that sells our concepts to Restaurant Fulfillment partners and the consumers of our food
• Contribute within team projects and independently to complete the most technically challenging individual projects
• Help lead and guide the team to design and create multiple iterations of design elements for brand testing, brand optimization and brand analysis.
• Communicate and present design concepts to the team/Director and VP and create presentation materials that effectively communicate vision and goals. Are you ready to bring to life the iconic restaurant brands of the future?

What you bring to the role:

• Ability to craft and lead designs of quick logos and marketing materials to entire holistic brand design experiences
• Ability to manage outside freelance design resources, photographers, videographers and other contractors related to the design of the brand experience 
• Experience with the innovation process from segmentation to ideation to implementation and comfort level of being an integral part of it
• Design with clear ideation, through typography, color, texture, spacing, scale 
• Design with versatility and constantly seek new and innovative ways to design for consumer experience; graphics, photography, and digital
• Work collaboratively between cross-functional teams
• Articulately communicate your design intent and impact10+ years of Graphic Design, experiential design, or brand design and demonstrated ability to apply these skills in ways that elevate brand excellence
• A clean, innovative aesthetic within the restaurant and food space
• Proven ability to perform and apply design skills, including package design, photo selection and photo modification 
• Experience working collaboratively with a team and senior leadership
• Ability to manage a dynamic set of multiple work priorities, demands and changes
• A high level of proficiency in design, web and multimedia software and applications, such as Adobe Creative Suite. Knowledge of printing procedures, photography, illustration and verbal and written communication
