Endpoint
Real estate is the largest asset class in the world—and yet it has also been one of the slowest to adopt innovative, new technologies. It has become increasingly important for the industry to evolve alongside a consumer-base who are accustomed to mobile-first, on-demand, and personalized experiences in every area of their lives. Founded in 2018, Endpoint emerged from a collaboration between First American and BCG Digital Ventures, the venture capital arm of the Boston Consulting Group. The new company combines First American’s title and settlement expertise, with the innovative approach of an agile technology company, to provide a seamless real estate closing from start to finish. At Endpoint, we believe the combination of modern technology, a standardized and simplified closing process, and a highly dedicated team of people will completely change the industry – and deliver an experience that instills the joy of an effortless close for all.

Endpoint is looking for a Product Designer to join our small team of designers to work fluidly and collaboratively with the rest of the organization through all aspects of the design process. Because of this, you should have a broad set of design skills.

As a Product Designer on the Design Team, you will use your skills to:

  • Gather continual feedback from product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements, and provide creative solutions.
  • Communicate the user experience through wireframing, user flows, visual mockups, and prototypes.
  • Design for various Web and Native viewports such as desktop, tablet, and mobile.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering to ensure quality outcomes during implementation.
  • Continually drive the company mission forward through ongoing user feedback and business requirements.

You'll come to Endpoint with:

  • A professional portfolio highlighting 4 + case studies demonstrating a clear understanding of the user experience and design process from start to finish
  • Demonstrable knowledge of visual design, user experience design, interaction design, brand development, and the creative process
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills displaying organization and process
  • Ability to collaborate with internal teams, accept feedback, and contribute where necessary
  • The ability to multi-task and solve challenging problems while driving forward feature development
  • A diverse sense of taste with the knowledge necessary to apply to various efforts.
  • Skills in modern design and prototyping tools with a real passion for our craft: design, creativity, technology (Ex.Figma, UserTesting.com, and various design system frameworks)

Why work at Endpoint:

  • You will have a lot of responsibility and many opportunities to advance your career as we grow
  • You will get the first-hand experience of working for a well funded early-stage startup
  • Your hard work, ownership, and self-sustainability will be greatly valued
  • We offer great benefits - Health, Dental, Vision and 401K match
  • Dog-friendly office, fully-stocked snack bar and weekly catered lunches
  • Competitive compensation, including a Long Term Incentive Plan

Endpoint is an Equal Opportunity Employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, age, religion, sex, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected under federal, state or local law.

An Insider's view of Endpoint

What's something quirky about your company?

Well, the people- I could go on for an hour about the people here. But, something short and sweet is our office pup, Chuck. On the weekends, I find myself missing the big guy- his snoring on conference calls, his energetic "hellos" every morning. I'll go play with him if I'm stuck on a problem. He's the best.

Madhav Gharmalkar

Sr. Front-End Engineer

What projects are you most excited about?

I am most excited about automation. Endpoint emphasizes technology and efficiency, and our goal is to automate as many processes as possible. I'm looking forward to automation projects that make data, reports, dashboards, analysis, and insights easily accessible to my co-workers.

Tina Wang

Business Intelligence Manager

What makes someone successful on your team?

As a team, our number one challenge, and therefore our number one goal, is ensuring that automation runs as expected and that we are consistent with new feature development. Someone who can work quickly, remain flexible and collaborate with others will find success on our team!

Nicole Thurnau

Front-End Engineer

What is your vision for the company?

Endpoint's vision is to create an effortless closing experience for all parties in the real estate transaction. For me, Endpoint represents an opportunity to transform the title and escrow industry from one that is opaque to transparent, expensive to fair, riddled to seamless and relationship-driven to value-driven.

Garreth Long

VP Business Development

What are some social events your company does?

Every other Friday our team does e-happy hour. I really enjoy these because they're a great opportunity for our team to socialize outside of the office. Pre-pandemic, every quarter we did a company outing. My favorite so far has been our trip to Magic Mountain. No better way to get to know a coworker than screaming together on a rollercoaster
