We are looking for a Junior Designer who will create new advertising designs for our industry-leading programmatic demand and supply-side platforms. The ideal candidate will help us explore and test new ways to help improve customer interactions and bring in new revenue through innovative and effective designs.

Responsibilities

  • Design desktop and mobile optimized advertising layouts
  • Ability to quickly sketch, comp, and visualize ideas to communicate with internal stakeholders for proof-of-concept
  • Conceptualize and manage design tests to improve products
  • Effectively present designs, conceptual ideas, rationale and the specifics in meetings to successfully sell creative

Requirements

  • Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite and/or Sketch
  • Experience working with traditional publications (i.e. magazines or newspapers)
  • Experience in Ad Tech or Direct Marketing
  • Basic HTML and CSS
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with great attention to detail
  • Ability to recognize UX/UI issues and propose solutions
  • Must be a self-starter and comfortable navigating competing priorities
  • Must be resilient and persistent to find the best solution to client needs / requests
