At Hawke, we're looking for a talented, eager freelance graphic designer who specializes in email marketing design. Responsible for supporting the email marketing team, we’re seeking a driven, detail-oriented, intuitive-thinking individual to handle high volume email design production.

You should be quick on your feet, great communicating both internally and externally, have a keen eye for design, and of course have a sense of humor! 

Responsibilities:

• Create a versatile amount of user experience focused emails that relay the appropriate messaging
• Work from a copy brief to develop and produce creative emails for clients
• Use your high level of creativity to constantly innovate
• Develop Flows, Phases, and Templates for uniue clients
• Successfully communicate with clients and internal teams
• Be comfortable to work with multiple clients and deadlines 
• Produce 15+ emails a week for various exciting clients

Skills and Experience:

• Fluency in Photoshop, Figma, or XD
• Must have experience in digital design and layouts
• Knowledge of Klaviyo Email Platform and other Top Platforms
• Ability to Splice Emails 
• Strategic thinking, prioritization skills, troubleshooting and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently
• Basic understanding of digital marketing principles, specifically email marketing best practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills - comfortable on the phone (you will need to present email designs to a variety of clients)
• Experience in copywriting and HTML is a plus (but not required)
• Knowledge of design as it pertains to email marketing; best practices for creating optimized email templates and responsive design
