We are looking for an experienced Digital Designer to help us with the concept and creation of graphics for our site, social platforms + as well as our many brand extensions. Reporting to the Design Director, this individual must be a self-starter with an appetite for producing high-quality work and an eye for design trends and innovation. Remote is considered for this role.

You'll report to: Design Director

A typical day as a Digital Designer might include (percentage of the role):

• Moodboarding + branding upcoming Editorial or Video series + programs (25%)
• Creating custom graphics for Editorial features (35%)
• Ideating + collaborating with the social team on IG / Pinterest Graphics (25%)
• Designing collateral for Well+Good’s many brand extensions: Well+Good Shop, Fine Print, Well+Good Podcast (15%)

You’ll be successful if you are highly organized, have a can-do attitude, and you are passionate about learning and growing within the digital publishing industry.

What you have:

• 5+ years experience in digital publishing or advertising agency environment with strong portfolio of work
• Expert in Photoshop, Illustrator, AfterEffects, Adobe Suite
• Ability to collaborate with all teams & voice ideas
• Detail Oriented, extremely organized + able to prioritize and multi-task across different projects
• Ability to work in an extremely fast paced environment / tight deadlines
• Strong Hand sketching / Illustrations abilities
• Animation experience is a plus!
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Not afraid to wear multiple hats - no job being too small or too large.
