Our goal for 2019 alone is $10 million and we are well on our way. All without ever taking a dime from our players.

Who You Are
- Ability to effectively lead and clearly communicate overall campaign timelines, project deliverables, and resourcing needs
- Eliminate time-sensitive bottlenecks and produce high-quality creative expediently
- Foster relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure that we’re delivering against asks while creating an environment that allows for innovation
- 3-5 years of experience acting as a producer in a creatively-driven advertising agency or internal creative team, developing and tracking: budgets, schedules and assets.
- Expert knowledge of content creation and production processes; ideally within a subscription services business model.
- Experience articulating creative intent to others and proactively organizing partners to bring ideas to life.
Your Skills
- Advanced level After Effects skills. Compositing, tracking, track mattes, rotoscoping, and particle effects.
- 3D modeling and texturing a plus
- Proficiency with common DSLR's and extremely comfortable getting your hands dirty setting up shots
- An eye for detail when it comes to graphical layouts, eye-lines, and color schemes
