The Ad Campaign Art Director will work as part of an in-house agency team to create and produce “Big Idea”, 360 campaigns that will be executed across multiple platforms from digital to print to television to experiential activations. You are a creative visionary who can concept just as well as you can design. You are a collaborative team player who works well with others. You’re an excellent storyteller and presenter, and you bring concepts to life succinctly. You understand how to work diplomatically across many teams in the same company and how to foster productive relationships with other creative stakeholders outside your own department. Your positive energy infects not only your team, but everyone you work with, making collaboration joyous and productive.

What You’ll Do:

• Work with a close-knit team and the VP of Content and Creative from concept through execution
• Create exceptional presentations and pitches
• Create buzz and excitement around each session's FabFitFun box
• Your primary job will be to aid in the conceptualization of seasonal big idea concepts
• Partner with cross-department stake-holders to develop big-picture 360 campaigns, with a big focus on Facebook, Instagram, You Tube and broadcast TV
• The role will also touch box design, photoshoots, events collateral, while working with copywriters and designers on seasonal brand and acquisition campaign

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Five plus (5+) years of experience leading cross-functional project teams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Four plus (4+) years of experience as a graphic designer or art director
• Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud software as required by the job function
• Ad agency experience
• Beauty, fashion, health or lifestyle brand is desired
