What you'll work on:
- Shaping Circle's Growth Agenda: Working side-by-side with the CCO to prioritize and advance the initiatives that matter most - from global OKRs and revenue progress, to ecosystem development and customer experience.
- Running the Commercial Operating System: Owning the cadence of planning, reporting, and performance tracking, ensuring the entire Commercial team is aligned, coordinated, and delivering results against our most ambitious goals.
- Orchestrating Strategic Initiatives: Be the connective tissue across international growth, partnerships, and new ventures - ensuring these efforts are coordinated and executed at the highest level.
- Empowering Executive Decision-Making: Preparing concise, insightful briefings, analyses, and presentations that distill complex inputs into clear, actionable choices and enable fast, high-quality decisions.
- Leading High-Visibility Projects: Taking ownership of special initiatives that will be visible at the highest levels of the company.
- Scaling Leadership & Talent: Playing a role in building and developing a world-class commercial team, ensuring leaders are empowered, priorities are aligned, and execution is crisp.
- Building Trusted Relationships: Serving as a key point of connection between the CCO, senior leadership, internal teams, and external partners - helping Circle move as one across all commercial priorities.
What you'll bring to Circle:
Core Requirements:
- 13+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or project management within fast-paced technology, financial services, or consulting environments, with a track record of driving complex initiatives from idea to execution.
- Extreme attention to detail, disciplined follow-through, and the ability to create order and clarity in highly dynamic, cross-functional settings.
- Deep fluency in leveraging AI tools to accelerate research, analysis, workflow automation, and executive deliverables - using technology as a force multiplier for speed and quality.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing demands, manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously, and consistently deliver results under tight deadlines.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; proven experience developing clear, compelling presentations, analyses, and materials for senior leaders and external stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust, influence, and foster alignment across diverse teams and senior leadership.
- Familiarity with generative AI models (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) and prompt development
Preferred Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) strongly preferred.
- A passion for technology, innovation, and Circle's mission to revolutionize the global financial system through USDC and blockchain-powered infrastructure.
- Experience/familiarity with Slack, Apple MacOS and GSuite.
