KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Project Management of assigned Installations:
- Optimize and develop Scope of Work materials for installation partners.
- Manage inventory, fulfillment, and delivery of EV chargers to construction sites.
- Provide local-level oversight of contractors and vendors.
- Manage stakeholder relationships for all projects relative to project execution
and construction contract management. - Execute project management procedures with integrity and accuracy
- Administer contracts with 3rd party vendors and subcontractors.
Develop and maintain critical records and best practices as internal subject matter expert
- Manage and maintain Product Specification and Installation documentation.
- Leverage Data to generate reports on installation issues and non-issues to
measure the quality of Install Partners. - Provide accurate and timely reports to the leadership team and external
partners on project pipelines.
Partner with Sales Team on expansion awareness and opportunities for optimization
- Work to expand National Install Partner list in top focused geographic markets
- Work with the Sales Organization to schedule and manage site inspections
and install partner proposal deliverables to ensure a timely and detailed
process.
Additional projects or responsibilities may be assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- We feel the successful candidate for this role will have 2-3 years of project and deployment management experience in a related industry and 3-4 years of EV project and deployment management directly
- High level of project management skills including depth of skillset to manage projects at scale
- Strong ability to operate independently with accountability
- Strong negotiation and relationship building skills with external partners and vendors
- Attention to detail and data integrity
- Strong communication in all forms
- Metrics and performance driven
- Appreciation and understanding of strong collaboration skills
Compensation: For this role we are targeting $115,000 - $135,000 Placement within this base salary range depends upon several factors, including prior relevant job experience and skill set.
