What you will do:

As a Deployment Manager, you will oversee the deployment of Enterra’s AI solutions from initial planning to execution and support into cloud environments – both at Enterra and at the clients’ private cloud. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our products are delivered on time, within scope, and meet customer expectations. Your leadership will be crucial in navigating the deployment of Enterra’s platforms and solutions in diverse environments.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Develop and manage deployment plans, including timelines, resources, and risk assessments.
  • Work closely with product development, engineering, and client services teams to ensure seamless deployment of Enterra’s platforms and solutions.
  • Create documentation and manage the library of client-specific technical deployment artifacts.
  • Communicate infrastructure technical requirements to clients, and manage and resolve issues for deployment.
  • Provide technical answers to client queries, including participation in client architectural reviews.
  • Liaise with clients to understand their needs, provide updates, and gather feedback throughout the deployment process.
  • Facilitate training sessions for clients and internal teams, ensuring they are equipped to utilize the solutions effectively.
  • Track deployment progress and performance metrics, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Identify and resolve deployment challenges promptly to minimize impact on timelines and client satisfaction.
  • Gather insights post-deployment to enhance future strategies and processes.
  • Support Client Services team with RFI and RFP responses.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in software solution deployment specifically deployment roles within Cloud based services ideally at a software company.
  • 3+ years of experience with MS Azure cloud. AWS and GCP experience is nice to have but not essential.
  • Strong understanding of Cloud technologies, their applications and the use of Dockerized Images.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in a client-facing/consulting role.

The following additional skills would be beneficial:

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • Experience as a technical/data analyst.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Microsoft Power BI / Tableau) and strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio).
  • Experience in environments using of one or more of the following technologies: Data Science, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Ontologies, Business Rules, Business Intelligence, Data.
  • Experience in environments using statistical or BI packages for analyzing large datasets (e.g., Excel, R, Python, Power BI, Tableau etc.).

Additional Information

Must reside in the US, preferably in the Northeast or Mid Atlantic regions. Remote work permitted. Occasional travel may be required based on client, project, or business need. Candidates must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship. This is a full-time position with benefits.
