Deployment Lead

We’re looking for experienced Deployment Lead to join our team at our head office in Archerfield. This is a Permanent, Monday to Friday role.

What you’ll be doing:

As a Deployment Lead at Hastings Deering, you will:

• Drive operational change initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption and alignment with business goals.
• Oversee deployment of initiatives at agreed sites and ensure successful execution.
• Develop site-specific metrics, monitor progress, and report regularly.
• Build strong relationships, address concerns, and manage expectations.
• Execute internal communication plans to keep stakeholders informed.
• Identify risks and constraints, propose mitigation strategies.
• Support feasibility studies and produce accurate data-driven reports.
• Assist project managers with analysis and progress monitoring.
• Local Travel is required depending on initiative, complexity, process & system changes and sites affected.
• Work closely with Operations solutions team to ensure planned deployments meet business requirements and key initiatives.

What you’ll need:

A successful teammate will have experience in: 

• Bachelors degree in relevant discipline
• 1-3 years of experience in change management, project deployment or continuous improvement roles
• Basic level of leadership experience / knowledge
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
• Familiarity with project management platforms
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship building skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
