Who You Are:

You are searching for your opportunity to impact the experience of SaaS prospects at the very start of their customer journey. You thrive on sparking interest and guiding potential customers toward the value of the HighLevel platform before they even begin their trial. Your strategic and creative thinking skills allow you to identify and connect with the right prospects, whether they come to us or we reach out to them. You’re comfortable running engaging software demos, answering pre-trial questions, and inspiring prospects to take the next step. You flourish in our dynamic, performance-based atmosphere that gives you autonomy to work independently while collaborating closely with other teams. Tie it all together with an “all hands on deck” attitude, excellent communication, and strong time management skills — and this is the job for you.

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate best-in-class service and be a subject matter expert on how HighLevel can solve a prospect’s business challenges. You will have experience working in a high-performance, high-accountability environment, are comfortable switching gears quickly, and are passionate about helping people discover the right solutions. Your excellent communication skills and working knowledge of the SaaS/marketing landscape will serve you well. You should have the ability to seamlessly switch between English and Spanish, to engage diverse prospects.

What You’ll Be Doing:

    • Proactively identify, engage, and qualify new prospects through outbound outreach in English. 

    • Respond promptly to inbound leads and inquiries to drive interest and action

    • Schedule and conduct compelling software demos for prospective customers (via Zoom)

    • Align product capabilities to the prospect’s goals, needs, and business objectives

    • Develop rapport and trust with prospects to inspire trial sign-ups

    • Effectively communicate the HighLevel value proposition (Capture, Nurture, Close) to create urgency and interest before trial

    • Handle prospect questions and objections with confidence, ensuring a smooth transition into the trial phase

    • Maintain accurate records of activities and interactions in CRM systems

    • Collaborate with Trial Experience, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to optimize lead handoff and conversion rates

    • Execute both inbound and outbound engagement strategies to keep the top of the sales funnel active and healthy

    • Other duties may be assigned and/or modified as business needs dictate

    • Event Participation: Attend and support HighLevel events, conferences, or customer-facing engagements on an as-needed basis, subject to business requirements, advance notice, and the employee’s availability.

What You’ll Bring:

    • Proven ability to run engaging and effective product demos in English.

    • Strong technical aptitude and ability to explain complex software in simple terms

    • Working knowledge of CRM, marketing automation tools, social media management, digital advertising, website/funnel building, and SEO

    • Experience using or quickly learning various CRM platforms and communication tools

    • Proficiency with Google Suite, Zoom, Slack, and common social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
      Exceptional time management, organization, and communication skills (both verbal and written)

    • Self-motivated to meet and exceed activity and conversion targets

    • Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences

    • Demonstrable critical thinking, active listening, and creative problem-solving skills

    • Quick learner who can adapt to evolving product features and sales strategies

    • Positive, self-starter mindset with a track record of thriving in a fast-paced environment

Experience/Education/Certifications Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent SaaS sales experience strongly preferred

  • Fluency in English is required.

  • 2–3 years in a business development, SDR, BDR, or pre-sales role - especially in SaaS or technical sales.

The salary range for this position is $38000 - $45000 annually
