The Demand Generation Marketing Manager, B2C will lead and own Lumivero’s global B2C marketing efforts as well as demand generation strategy and execution for Lumivero’s research line of business (LOB)—including NVivo, Atlas.ti, XLSTAT, and Citavi—as a primary B2C channel with a strong emphasis on driving growth, optimizingconversion rates, and improving the B2C customer journey for Lumivero’s suite of products. This role is pivotal in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that engage consumers at every stage of the funnel, from lead acquisition to retention.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive global B2C demand generation strategy to grow Lumivero’s consumer customer base across US, EMEA, and APAC regions.
- Lead and manage full-funnel B2C campaigns, collaborating with digital marketing, marketing operations, content, and product marketing teams.
- Strategically design and optimize B2C customer journeys and lifecycle programs to ensure seamless transitions between stages of the funnel.
- Own demand generation strategy and execution for Lumivero’s research line of business (LOB)—including NVivo, Atlas.ti, XLSTAT, and Citavi—as a primary B2C channel.
- Strategize and own lifecycle campaigns and webinar strategies that drive acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to align on performance goals and campaign support.
- Drive initiatives and partner with the digital team to enhance the web experience and improve conversion rates across digital touchpoints.
- Partner with product marketing and executive leadership to align messaging, packaging, and promotional efforts with customer needs and market trends.

- Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and ensure execution is on time and within budget.

Required Skills and Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in B2C demand generation, with a strong focus on SaaS or digital products.
- Proven ability to build, execute, and optimize B2C marketing campaigns across email, webinars, sponsored content, SEO, and web.
- Deep understanding of the customer journey and experience building lifecycle marketing programs that improve engagement and conversion.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo or similar.
- Strong knowledge of performance metrics including CAC, CLV, cart abandonment, and ecommerce funnel optimization.
- Excellent analytical skills with experience using tools such as Google Analytics and CRM dashboards to evaluate and optimize campaign performance.
- Hands-on experience collaborating with teams managing paid media, SEO, and social.
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills; able to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive attitude and entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to take ownership and deliver measurable impact.
