Position Overview:

The Demand Generation Marketer at HeyGen will build and scale outbound marketing initiatives for the Mid-Market and Enterprise segments through scaled channels. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in integrated campaigns to drive measurable growth across all funnel stages. Compelling candidates have a proven track record of driving results in a high volume business.   

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will be a core member of HeyGen’s Go-to-Market team, and build innovative and enticing programs to help prospects discover HeyGen
  • Shape HeyGen’s demand generation efforts, with a hands-on approach to ensure rapid execution, quick iterations, and continuous improvement
  • You’ll develop prescriptive DG playbooks/experiments for various segments and collaborate with internal stakeholders, experts in residence, and other agencies to execute these programs
  • You’ll be hands-on across all channels doing things like building LinkedIn campaigns, writing outreach messaging, planning and hosting events for prospects, just to name a few
  • You’ll craft compelling messaging and copy across landing pages, email, advertising, and Outreach sequences in collaboration with Sales, Product Marketing, and Content teams
  • You’ll A/B test landing page and messages to drive meeting bookings. 
  • You’ll partner with the brand team to test and optimize creative concepts for promotion across campaign channels
  • You’ll continuously analyze campaign performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs) across channels, and identify areas for continuous improvement
  • You’ll make strategic decisions to double down on high-performing initiatives, pull back on underperforming efforts, or grow your team to support continued success

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience with deep expertise in b2b demand generation 
  • Integrated campaign expert
  • Especially experienced with content, paid social, event, and outbound tactics
  • You get sales processes, multi-threading, and how to play the long game but also ensure quick wins and build a program from 0 to 1.
  • You’re obsessed with numbers and data-driven
  • You love looking at intent data, attribution models and building out closed/won analysis
  • You love to create hypotheses and quickly test their validity
  • You’re extremely autonomous and are a driver, pushing things forward and proactively unblocking barriers on the way to the goal
  • You’re scrappy and fast. You make speed a habit. 
  • You always manage to just figure stuff out, even with limited support or budget
  • You love the idea of taking a problem or goal and coming up with new ways to tackle that problem or achieve that goal
  • You embody extreme ownership
  • You are obsessed with details and process

Salary Range:
$175,000 – 185,000 annually
